Assist CRO in updating and monitoring the Risk Management policies/procedures to ensure Indonesia operates within the MFC ORM framework, OJK requirements and MFC risk policies2. Assist CRO to prepare the Board Risk Committee materials and as well as OJK reports3. Work with the Business Unit especially with the Risk and Control function to ensure operational risk tools is effectively implemented, such as: Risk and Control Self-Assessment, loss incidents, scenario analysis, project risk register, KRI, etc.4. Monitor the outstanding Corrective Action Plan (CAPs) for Audit, Risk, Compliance, and IRM and ensure that the outstanding issues are closed by the business units timely5. Present in risk committees and other senior management meetings6. Lead in any company advisory projects based on the assignment from the CRO and other Stakeholders7. Maintain good working knowledge about ORM practice in the industry8. Maintain good working relationships with the business units including providing advisories and challenges.9.
