This includes processing escalation tickets from other teams, analyzing operational data, and handling suspicious transactions for regulatory reporting. The position requires strict adherence to SOP and SLA for operational efficiency.**Responsibilities**:- Execute reconciliations for Pluang's daily transactions, such as LAPMN, Top Up VA BCA- Handling OTC FX and USD Direct Deposit- Running Pluang's daily transactions, i.e. mutual fund, cashout, top-up, crypto transfer and deposit transactions in accordance with SOP and SLA- Processing incoming escalation tickets from other teams and escalate accordingly, in relation to business operations transactions- Ensure all daily Transactions are done and reconciled correctly within the system- Analyze and maintain operational data- Process suspicious transactions to the relevant regulator reporting (GoAML)- **Operations Staff Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting / business administration or related field- 2+ years' experience in operations preferred- Acute understanding of reconciliation- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other operational software- Adept problem solver and decision maker- Strong analysis acumen- Excellent communicator both orally and written- Detail-oriented- Diligent and proactive- Respectful of deadlines- Willing to work overtime- **Work Environment Details**:- Attractive compensation package - competitive salary, flexible bonus scheme.- We are always looking for ways to promote and inspire innovation.
