An exciting Operation Manager job has become available at a well-known electrical technology company for its electronic system solution division. In this job, you will be located in Jakarta.
About the Operation Manager Role:
You will need to oversee all operational aspects for the full scope of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operational excellence. You will need to understand operation policies and required standards of health, safety and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional project operations
Participate in the budgeting process, jointly with Local Division/Business Unit Manager and Controller
Ensure that escalated issues are resolved quickly especially those raised by the customer
Review and supervise project execution and performance with management and project manager
Ensure that the area of responsibility is structured to fit the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilled resources and directed appropriately
Oversee competency assessments and ensure that project staff is licensed and certified appropriately
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this Operation Manager role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of experience working in plant operations or product manufacturing or factory operation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field for minimum of five years in electrical/instrumentation or mechanical
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and operations in manufacturing (factory or production) operation or plants
PMC certification is required
Strong leadership skills, familiar with large teams and diverse staff
Good communication skills
