Operation Live Streaming Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of live streaming on the TikTok platform.- Coordinate and collaborate with content creators, influencers, and production teams to ensure successful live streaming events on TikTok.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for live streaming on TikTok, including technical setup, streaming quality, and content moderation.- Monitor live streaming events in real-time, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and policies.- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and drive engagement for live streaming events on TikTok.- Manage technical requirements, such as streaming equipment, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure optimal streaming performance.- Troubleshoot technical issues during live streaming sessions, providing quick resolutions to minimize interruptions.- Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize live streaming strategies.- Stay updated with the latest trends and features on TikTok, exploring opportunities to enhance the live streaming experience.- Train and educate content creators and production teams on best practices for live streaming on TikTok.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, or a related field.- Prior experience in managing live streaming operations, preferably on social media platforms like TikTok.- Strong technical knowledge of live streaming equipment, software, and network infrastructure.- Familiarity with TikTok's community guidelines, policies, and best practices.- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including content creators, influencers, and production teams.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive improvements.- Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and ensure seamless live streaming experiences.- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate live streaming events.- Passion for digital media, social platforms, and emerging trends in the live streaming industry.- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulanPengalaman:- dibidang ini: 1 tahun (Diwajibkan)Bahasa:- nggris (Diwajibkan)
