**Operation Coordinator****JOB PURPOSE**- Ensuring daily operation is running smoothly by coordinating of operation squads to provide the goods as production planning, in right quality, quantity and time and strictly implementing safety principles such as PPS and HSE guidelines as fundamental.- Well coordination and collaboration to related supported peers to get prompt support for smooth operation.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coordinate operation activities running effectively in terms of quality, efficient, and safely- Manage, monitor and documenting all production resources (i.e., materials, manpower, machine, method, including waste management with 3R activities Reduce - reuse - recycle) are available and utilized to fulfill requirement in optimum way and meet HSE ,5S, ISO Standard.- Monitoring, analyzing and execute Process Order (PO) confirmation in SAP related to certain Process Order (PO) to ensure all transaction meet with standard and procedure as planned in right quantity, right quality, and right time including return rest materials (Raw Material, Packaging Material, Half finish and Finish Goods).- Coordinating with PS Controller consider PO variance (P&L).- Coordinating with the squads to do necessary investigation for any deviation (NC) to the target (trouble shooting) and report the deviation for the squad consideration and action.- Ensuring all required materials (raw material, half finish, packaging material and N2) are already delivered by warehouse team as process order released in right quantity and batch/ lot and available/ ready in staging area for formulation and packaging line process.- Active in the digital initiatives, continuous improvement, savings programs and ensuring that all of procedures is up to date (review and develop) and maintaining OEE data is reliable- Maintaining stock accuracy and traceability in operation to avoid No Stock variance by performing cycle count and stock take activity.- Operating process control system (Delta V / Win-CC)- Perform plant experiment (trial) for new product development, continuous improvement and product specification change.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Undergraduate/ Diploma / Bachelor in related technical major as mechanical/ electrical/ chemical field**Relevant experiences**- Having strong experience in manufacturing field, similar process of formulation/process and filling/packing at least 5 years**Main competencies for the jo**b**- Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility**Communication**- Strong communication in Bahasa and passive for English**Application Period**:- 3 - 16 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 816704**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R12**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
