Operation Controller

1. Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization2. Act as a counselor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs3. Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting4. Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place5. Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries6. Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from Finance perspective7. Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries Ensure appropriate controls implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process8. Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units9.
