Are you ready to join us in this mission?**About The Role**Tentang Anak is seeking a results-oriented andhighly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jawa Tengah - Kalimantan area. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new baby shops as customers and achieving sales targets in the designated area.**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach and achieve sales targets (baby shops, etc).- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the mom & baby products industry.- Have acquaintance with a number of baby shops in Jawa Tengah - Kalimantan area- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
