Offline Marketing

Job Description:- Developing promotional campaigns to enhance the products' brand images to the market and reach the target audience- Manage operational needed align with Marketing Plan to make sure the program will be running based on the plan- Day to day Coordinate with operation team about POS/new products/stocks etc- Order and preparing marketing asset for promotion- Work closely with social media and creative team to brief marketing needed- Thinking strategically for getting more visitor on store- Implement print, broadcast, outdoor, roadshows, in-store sales promotions and/or events.- Monitor new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.- Monitor offline marketing activities effectiveness.- Plan content for print, broadcast and outdoor media roadshows, in-store sales promotions and/or events.Job Requirement:- Min 1 year in Retail Marketing or similar role or fresh graduate from with >3.0 GPA- Bachelor's degree in marketing / communication / public relations / business, or related field- Strong organizational and project management skills- Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders- In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, especially PowerPoint and Excel- Ability to work in Serpong, TangerangJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
