**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Staff**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Marketing**Posted Date**:9 November 2023**Job Summary**:Managing the CORE products of IM3 (Voice, SMS & Data) starting from Technical Product Requirement, system development, up to on-service, and to give operational recommendation for service improvement based on customer experience measurement.- Execute plan and strategy in Prepaid Product Development and Management.- Monitor product lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management of base subscribers.- End-to-end implementation of Prepaid Product which in line with company objective and target.- Manage product portfolio performance and maintain its service quality.- Preparing for product launches and go to market activities- Provide analysis and recommendation per regional/area for existing product/strategy as well as for developing next product/strategy and to provide inputs on making decision including product development.**Job Requirements**:- Min bachelor's degree from Top tier university, preferably master's degree in business and management- Past experiene in telecommunication is an advantage- Able to work under pressure and have passion in telco business.- Minimum 2 years experience in Telecomunication Industry- Consumer driven mindset with strong ability to understand user insight and translate them into actionable strategy and plan- Good sense of market understanding; a "do-whatever it-takes" mindset to understand your market and customers.- Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple Projects with a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture- Data analysis with Problem solving capabilities- Lead cross-functional peer group for project management and deployment- Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal in English
