In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:- Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.- Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.- Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.- Liaise with vendors on IT hardware and software purchases and maintenance.**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:- A degree in the related job field.- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.- Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
