Officer Business Legal

Prepare updates and create database of applicable laws and regulations related to the Company's obligations;Manage company reporting obligations including licensing based on applicable laws and regulations;Monitoring the compliance of the Company's obligations with regulatory regulations or applicable laws and regulations as well as Online Reporting to regulators;Making legal opinions and legal advises related to cases in the Company;Reviewing and preparing the necessary documents for Litigation and Non-Litigation cases;Manage the implementation of the company's Good Corporate Governance (GCG);Drafting and archive legal and compliance documents.Minimum Bachelor Degree in LawAt least 4 years working experience as Business Legal, preferable from payment industry company (fintech)Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate/organization law and procedureStrong Knowledge and experience in legal drafting and legal contractStrong analytical and planning skillsGood communication and presentation skillsHave PERADI certification would be an advantageExcellent problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
