Details of the offer

Office Administration:- Customer record/sales contract filing- Housekeeping Management- Liaise with regional office for some admin/office housekeeping concerns- Others as required by immediate supervisor- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies- Manages reception area and looks after visitors- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes- Account Receivables and Account Payable Invoicing- Sales Admin Support: Sales Administration/Registration and contract preparation- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.**Why Join Us?**- Be associated with a great global brand.
