Sales Admin/ Admin Officer - Surabaya, SidoarjoDescription:- Make a quotation/unit offer requested by sales/ marketing- Make quotations/offers for Unit and Spare Parts requested by Technical Support (TS)/ ERP and AX (systems)- Check stock of Unit and Spare Parts in Warehouses- Monitor Min max stock of parts and units- Make PR requests for parts and units, both imported and local- Make PR requests if there is a need to offer service/installation services outside of routine compressor service.- Make a list of requests for transfer of stock between warehouses every month according to PO customer needs and stock- Collect the Delivery Order Document that has been sent- Report Delivery Order Document and sent to finance- Coordination with Warehouse Dept for doing Material Receives so the stock in systems updated- Make a schedule for all customer service- Process customer Purchase Order and coordination with warehouse about the delivery and updated ERP and AX systems- Create internal PR and process internal PO if stock exists- Send documents to ekspedisi- Print & collect PO documents etcRequirements:- Graduated minimum D3/ Bachelor's degree in any fields- Have work experience min 1 years, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply- Fluently in English and Mandarin (is a plus) both oral and written (English Business Level), able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.- Placement at Sidoarjo (Kompleks Pergudangan Meiko Abadi A-9)**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contractContract length: 4 months**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Office Admin: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Semarang (required)Ability to Relocate:- Semarang: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 02/05/2024
