We aim to deliver a cutting-edge, seamless, effective, and efficient system for our clients.**Job Description**:- Lead sessions to collect data, documents, and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client.- Lead User Acceptance Testing Sessions- Lead and Conduct End User Training- Perform documentation - Fit and Gap Analysis, Blueprint, and Manual Book (Handbook)- Analyse customer business processes and propose the best possible solutions- Organise and follow up Odoo implementation process- Instructs and trains users on use of ERP solutions- Distributing the project plan to the entire team and keeping track of the milestones- Perform L1 and L2 support to clients- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of the server and multi-database Odoo environments- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and business objectives.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, testers, and other project resources.- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.- Foster collaboration and open communication among team members to achieve project goals.- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.- Proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project success.- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and functional requirements.- Collaborate with testing teams to perform thorough testing and validate system performance.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and managing client expectations.- Conduct project status meetings, provide progress reports, and address any concerns raised by clients.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information System, Computer Science or related fields, with minimum GPA 3.00/4 or equivalent- Minimum 3 years of technical and project management experience in Enterprise Resource Planning - Odoo **is a must.
