Nurse

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Provide effective and efficient nursing care to patients- Performs ongoing patient assessment and revise plan of care based on patient's response and condition- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care and ongoing assessment of patient's status- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies- Providing safe and effective nursing services to patients in order to achieve their satisfaction- To perform the important task of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments- Assist with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating- Maintain and update patient records and provide administrative assistance- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management**REQUIREMENT**- Possess at least 2 years clinical nursing experience in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting- Hands-on experienced in setting IV line & Colonic Procedure- Prior experience in Wellness Center is preferred- Good communications skills, initiative and passion for patient care- Good judgment, self-directed and able to manage stress in a positive manner- Can work independently**Additional Notes**:- Accommodation and staff duty meals provided- For successful foreign applicants, work permit arrangement by company**Based at: The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort Melaka, Malaysia**Our company websites:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to relocate to Melaka, Malaysia, for this role?- Are you able to work independently?- Do you have hands-on experienced in setting IV Line?- Do you have hands-on experienced in Colonic Procedure?
