If you are looking for a fast-paced yet fun environment with (almost) no boring days, then you should join our team!**Get to know the role****The Day-to-Day Activities**- You are responsible for initiating and building the partnership with the potential users, relevant industry partners, suppliers and contractors by co-developing solution with multiple internal stakeholders (Operation, Product, etc)- Continuously identify opportunities to improve Logistics demand- You will drive the commercial mechanic road map for the upcoming new projects- You support special projects and new business operation teams by collecting the input from users as the first contact- Establish, achieve, and report on milestones periodically**The Must-Haves**- You have 7+ years of experience in partnership or business development role- Strong structured thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Collaborative, Excellent communication and stakeholder management- You have some working knowledge of B2C and B2B logistic business- Excited to dig deep into on-ground operations to grasp a better understanding of partners and consumers/Partners pain points- Customer focused, team and results-oriented- Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured and agile environment- Your experience in logistic operation with groceries, FMCG and warehouse commerce would be an advantage**Our Commitment**We recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.**About Grab**Grab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
