DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description IT infrastructure in term of network, server and data storage
Arrange IT infrastructure requirements by analyzing requirements and desing solution, preparing diagram and solution document
Coordinate with outsource and users for IT infrastructure issue resolution, network configuration changing ang network system testing
Provide networking log report and analytical information support to management team
Provide network system maintenance operation support for IT helpdesk processing
Coordinate with outsource and users for software and hardware issue resolution
Provide server and workstation installation and maintenance
Networking troubleshoot and instalation (cabling, wireless, fiber optic)
Requirement
Maximum age 29
Bachelor Degree (S. Kom) from reputable university
Experience in MS Windows, Server, UNIX, Vmware and other networking knowledge
Experience in network configuration for product such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik
Experience in cloud computing using Amazon Web Service, Azure or GCP
Experience in IP CAM and IP PBX system
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server : active directory, group policy, IIS
Familiar with various OS : Windows, Linux and Mac OS (using GUI and command)
Have experience and sertificates for maintain system such as a zimbra, windows server, PABX, hosting, networking and CCTV
Good analytical, conceptual skills, creative and innovative
Good communication skills
Have skills in routing and switching (LAN, WAN)
Have a good self-motivated, can work individually and a team player at the same time
