.Net Trainer

**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with.NET technologies, including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.- Demonstrated experience as an IT Trainer in prior roles and passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills and knowledge.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) are a plus.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Trainer: 5 years (preferred)
