**What you will do as a Nature-based Solutions Specialist**:The overall purpose of this role are:- To be our expert on nature-based solutions topic within Asia-Pacific, act as specialist on projects around urban and/or coastal resilience, and be thought leader to our more junior colleagues and engineering teams in the region.- To contribute from the content to leads and proposal processes leading to additional successful and profitable growth of the business in the region.- End responsible for delivering (sub)-projects with high quality, and within budget and time for the Nature-based solutions domain.The general responsibilities are:**_ Get work processes_**- Initiate and maintain relations with potential and existing clients/accounts, monitor developments and performance of accounts- Work actively with other Business Developers across APAC on agreed areas of opportunity and jointly signal new developments- Raise brand awareness in the relevant sectors within the relevant markets- Prepare or lead preparation of proposals within the field of Nature-based Solutions around urban and/or coastal resilience projects.**_ Execution of Projects_**- Perform your duties as specialist on projects throughout the complete project life cycle- Act as thought leader for more junior staff in the region- Where necessary, take charge of all internal (sub-)project controls: e.g. planning, cost control, project administration and contract management- Take overall responsibility for project deliverables to the client meeting expectations for budget, quality and programme**_ Strategy and Account Management_**- Ensure up-to-date market knowledge using diverse internal and external sources- Build, maintain and utilise a network of internal and external stakeholders / partners within the water sector and represent Royal HaskoningDHV**Where you will work**:We've been around for more than 140 years.
