Job Requirements: Project management experience. Experience with natural rubber raw material collection projects is particularly desirable.
Excellent team management and leadership skills
Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
Knowledge and experience in quality control (especially DRC judgment)
Basic IT skills (data management, report writing, etc.)
