National Sea Logistics Process+Systems Manager

We're looking for a National Sea Logistics Process + Systems Manager to join our dynamic and successful team! ** Your Responsibilities**:- To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + audits.- To support the Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales as well as Operational Care locations (OCC) through quality training, day to day support systems + processes.- To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization.- To drive initiatives for the continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.- To ensure the testing + implementation of new systems + processes.- To monitor KPIs + drive high data quality, review + action planning together with the stakeholders.- To manage projects + ensure consistent progress of activities + provide regular updates to stakeholders.- To act as the interface between IT + the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with the Regional team.**Your Skills and Experiences**:- Min Bachelor Degree in any field- Ability to converse in English in both written and verbal- Top notch presentation skill: building and delivering- Min 2 years experience in related field- Posses basic seafreight knowledge- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to utilize data analytics to measure the success of process + system strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office- Technology savvy**About Kuehne+Nagel***With over 79.000 employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is one of the world's leading logistics companies.CONTACTHera Setyowati
