As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 - 20 years of strong experience in sales from a sealing manufacturer or distributor company. This position will be based Jakarta, Indonesia.Key Job Responsibilities:- Directly report to President Director- Implementation of Nasional sales and Order Intake plans.- Assist in the yearly planning of National sales goals to meet company objectives.- Set and ensure the obtainment of sales goals for the Sales Team.- Set up and maintain a price sheet.- Make joint calls with sales engineers to maintain good customer relations.- Establish and maintain relationships with key industries and organizations.- Provide forecast and other management reports.Job Requirements:- Minimum experience in Engineering or Rotating/Pumps/ Mechanical seal Industries for 15 - 20 years.- Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.- Experience in handling Oil & Gas Industry /Power/ Chemical /Fertilizer/Paper/ Pharma/Food industries.- Familiar with Indonesia Markets culture.- Conversant with the MS office.- Have good verbal and written communication in English.- Have a good team player with a positive attitude.- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.- Willing to travel.
