We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.One of our client in Big Direct-Selling Industry in Indonesia looking for a National Sales Manager that will be responsible forLeading & Managing Regional Sales section with a sound Planning, Organizing, Managing and Controlling the activities and staff, by:Providing leadership to the Regional Sales team and oversee all field activities, deployment of resources and staff developmentLeading and coaching Regional Sales team for effective and professional work ethics and strong team workBuilding strong partnerships with Distributors, particularly Diamond above and ADACDeveloping Strategic Planning and AOP, guiding in achieving goals - APR, New & Re-QualificationDelivering results based on goals and success metrics within the budgetFocusing on improving Distributor profitabilityEnsuring all field activities; Strategic Account Management, Field Intelligence and Higher Award Tracking/Rules of Conduct are well executed, serving the intended purposesMonitoring and taking proactive solutions for a conducive environment for all DistributorsBachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or any relevant field5 years leading and motivating a team in a managerial capacityExperience in Marketing area will be an advantageExperience in distribution network management will be an advantageStrong in service orientation as well as relationship buildingExcellent social skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organizationWell organized, detailed, creative and able to work effectively and efficiently even under pressureStrong leadership and managerial skills to ensure a strong, effective teamA positive attitude and a high level of maturity is a key success factor for this positionGood interpersonal skills, communication, giving counseling and negotiation skills
