The position
As a National Sales Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Manage a team to achieve sales targets aligned with company goals and compliance principles. Ensure confidentiality of business plans, ideas, and strategies, as well as patient information. Stay updated on the ambitious landscape and effectively manage stakeholders. Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Have high mobility within the country to effectively aid the sales team. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, apothecary, or related science field preferred, accompanied by 5+ years of Senior Area Manager experience in pharmaceuticals industry. Demonstrated track record of persistent high performance over 2 consecutive years. Profound understanding of ambitious dynamics and adept stakeholder management.
