Responsibilities : Responsible to develop and implement key account strategies and achieve sales targets for key accounts in an efficient and profitable way to secure the position of MBI at retail level by establishing a long-term relationship with national-chain retailers. Also responsible of managing company sales volume, commercial costs and profit, ensuring how to deliver company's sales objective by identifying source of growth and seeking the opportunity. Having capability to build a world-class sales team, and maximising Road to Market from every layer in the value chain until consumer's level. Able to maintain a strong customer and stake holder's relationship, as well as generating new business initiatives and able to build and thinking strategically, at the same time, how to realise it into action. As part of translating Company's vision and mission into regional level. Requirements : Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing or Financial Minimum experience 5 years in FMCG industry Excellent in English both oral & written Has a strong leadership competencies and people development skills Have a good communication, negotiation skills
