Ms Project Director

Job Description- Lead overall projects delivery and manage future business opportunities (Add On Sales).- Ensure effective communication with Customer High Level Management (VP and CXO).- Drive consistency in the program delivery model with the cross-functional project teams.- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, assumptions, and dependencies for multiple workstreams based on contractual delivery.- Manage team delivery and drive continuous improvement to ensure project financial target.- Lead project status meetings, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and manage / mitigate risks.- Establish project and program management standards and guidelines including layout the overall program approach, roadmap and priorities.- Oversee multiple domain and serve a guide to the project management team.- Lead project transformation to improve digitalization adoption.Requirement- At least 15 years of experience in management of telecommunications networks and/or services.- Extensive technical experience applicable to support operational and strategic decisions.- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical or communications engineering, computer science.- Minimum 10 years organizational and management experience and skills to lead large group of technical professionals.- Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia language.
