**Job Descriptions**:- Cleaning and preparing the office workspace and logistics.- Delivering letters / documents starting from coordination with related parties to recording them.- Delivering and follow up on signing vouchers / letter documents until the process is complete.- Carry out operational motorcycle maintenance so that it is always in proper condition and ready to use.- Make payments for water, telephone, electricity so they can be processed on time.- Transferring or depositing cash bills and payments via demand deposits.- Carry out other tasks related to office operational support activities.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Fit Out Staff (preferably in the property industry like an Apartment or Commercial Building).- Having communication and negotiation skill.- Computer literacy (Ms. Office) and AutoCad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Senior High School graduates from Any Major.- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same position.- Having driving skill and driving license (SIM A, C).- Familiar of using Google Maps.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.- Willing to be placed in BSD city, South Tangerang.
