Job Description Get to know our Team: This function operates within the Regional Operations Center of Excellence, primarily focusing on orchestrating enhancement of process and system/ product for backend operations services for driver and merchant partners across markets. We are a team that:

Get to know the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Merchant Content Assistant Manager with primary responsibility to oversee the content management of merchants within our system efficiently. This individual is expected to ensure a seamless and effective content update, configuration and maintenance process across different merchant segments, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
The day-to-day activities: Oversee the end-to-end process of content operations for merchants, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform with ultimate objective to maintain high quality merchant
Implement strategies and procedures to improve the content operations process efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance merchant satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments and teams across all markets of Grab to streamline cross-functional workflows impacting merchant content quality.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the content operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the content operations lifecycle.
Qualifications The must haves: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in operations or a similar field
Proven track record of managing and improving processes or similar operational workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on process optimization.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to online platform content is a plus.
