**About the Company**:Our Client is a growing health company that offers a range of health programs guided by medical professionals to optimise well-being and achieve their wellness goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensure adherence to evidence-based medical protocols, clinical guidelines and best practices across all aspects of the company's operations- Provide medical leadership and expertise to guide the development, implementation and evaluation of the health programs- Responsible as the primary medical spokesperson for the company, bringing legitimacy and trust to our brand and serving as key figure in public presence- Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement- Monitor and maintain the highest quality of care, conducting regular audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives- Ability to follow the latest developments in the field of health, incorporating innovative approaches- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's medical strategy and contributing to the long term vision of the company**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor degree and above Medical doctor- At least 8 years experience related to Medical affairs manager role and above- Prior experience working in pharmaceutical or telehealth company is preferred- Proven ability to build relationships with hospitals, clinics and doctors**Call for Action**:
