Mechanical Superintendent

Mechanical Superintendent- Diploma's or Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field experienced.- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Production Process, maintanances or equivalent.- Good Understanding SAP, Ms. Office, Planning Maintenance for Pulp Production machine & manpower, and Material Management.- Ensure that all production plans are achieved by implementing all process operations as per work instruction and quality plan.- Ensure the production schedule goes according to plan Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance.- Have good communication and cooperation skills. Assertive, energetic, agile and thorough.Must be fluent in English.- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.- Enthusiastic, responsible, high self-efficacy and positive working attitude.- Have good attitude Leaderships and ready work in shift schedule (for Shifting Schedule).- Able to work long hours/weekend/holidays when required and under pressure.- Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system)."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
