To do technical clarification with Procurement and Vendor/Contractor during tenderingConstruction1. Prepare Letter of material incoming, get approval from security and Bea Cukai2. To do material inspection, prepare the checklist, collect the data and reporting to manager3. To Supervise Vendor/Contractor during Construction and reporting to Manager4. To make sure Civil construction base on standard and approval drawing5. Review Engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action6. Monitoring Compliance to applicable codes, practices,, performance standard ,specification7. Perform overall quality control of the work (Budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status8. Preparation of quality control system at site for all construction materials to be used at site and workmanship and ensuring the same throughout the period of project.9. Quality Checking of civil raw material & site work with respect to construction10. Day to day supervision at site to ensure quality and progress and reporting progress to concerned11. To do Quantity surveyCommissioning1. To do Punchlist and follow up to Vendor/Contractor for Action2. To do Pre Start Up Safety Review (PSSR), coordination with inter Department Process, Safety, Maintenance, Utility, and others related department that involved in the project
