Mechanical Coordinator - Itc Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields- Supervise the implementation of the work in the field includes design, specification, and cost.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).- Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.- Good communication and hardworking nature.- Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
