**Job Descriptions**:- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.- Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Familiarity with operation and maintenance systems for lifts, escalators, air conditioners, Chillers, STP.- Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
