Now we are one of only 2 companies in the world, to be globally certified by EDGE at MOVE level, the world's leading business certification standard for gender equality in the workplace.We are continuously seeking ways to foster a workplace where all our colleagues feel they have equal chances to succeed (the Gender Equality certification is one step of our diversity and inclusion journey.Diversity is the range of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs.Diversity focuses on the differences, while inclusion is the deliberate act of welcoming diversity and creating an environment where all different kinds of people can thrive and succeed.This function will be reporting to the Senior Manager MPP SEA and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia Cileungsi Plant.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze Purchase requisition for Raw Material requirement.- PO creation, PO communication with vendor; PO monitoring (delivery pipeline)- Manage the replenishment process for raw materials, review forecast, sales orders, etc.- Maintain proper inventory levels based on KPI's and lean manufacturing principles.- Update as necessary the planning parameters to assure a correct MRP run.- Manage the nonconformance from both IG/EG suppliers to facilitate the return of defective materials or take the necessary actions.- Analyze to reschedule Purchase Order when necessary.- Control Inventory level and ensure it is maintained at a healthy level.- Ensure Raw Material is sufficient for Production and Forecast needs.- Review small value of expiring raw materials to ensure new incoming is sufficient for production needs.- Check for correctness of Master Data in ERP system and update or inform relevant party to update.**We value**:- At least 3-5 years of experience in Raw Material Planning from manufacturing background (similar industry will be an advantage).- Ability and systematic analyze data and summary the result- Ability managing procurement and inventory management- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.- Good inter-personal skills.- Good in MS Excel.**We offer**:- Join a talented, dynamic and diverse team and working environment.
