Material Planner

Overview:The Material Planner will be responsible to lead raw material (RM), packaging material (PM) supply planning including inventory management and short term and long term forecast strategy to deliver AOP target and long term business goal.**Responsibilities**:- Lead and drive raw material (RM), packaging material (RM) supply planning to meet master production plan and inventory strategy.- Set min-max inventory level, safety stock, and ROP for each material and monitor the replenishment to avoid E&O or shortage.- Responsible for material forecast short term/long term tracking and analysis.- Plan and release of purchase requisition (PR)/purchase order (PO) to ensure material availability at optimum inventory levels and lead time consideration.- Monitoring supplier delivery performance (OTIF) and oversee import activities and clearance to achieve zero delays and no demurrage.- Work closely with Demand Planner, Production Planner to do review on a weekly basis regarding order placement and delivery plans.- Collaborate with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to develop material requirements strategy.- Monitor and implement material master data maintenance in system.- Working with purchasing team to engange with supplier in topic of capacity planning, delivery performance, and other material supply related matter.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, procurement within FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably in Food & Beverages.**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**- Strong planning and analytical capability- Experienced in using SAP program- Proficient in English- Able to use MS Office programs, soft hand on spreadsheet and PowerPoint
