Implement strategies to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales on different platforms. Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve marketplace presence. Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on marketplace platforms to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on marketplace policies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness. ?? Requirements Min. SMA/SMK Proven experience in managing and optimizing product listings on major online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and e-commerce trends. Proficient in Excel and Spreadsheets skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive decision-making. Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies on marketplaces. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. ??
