Marketing Specialist

GAIA Dental Studio is hiring a **Marketing Specialist** position!**Responsibilities**- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives.- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies**Qualifications**- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field- 1-3 years of marketing experience- Excellent writing and communication skills- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, especially in Health Care industry- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools- Fluent in English- Domicile in Surabaya**Job Type**: 3-month project, contract**Salary**: Rp. 4.000.000 - 4.500.000 (Negotiable)Work Type: Work from the officeWork Location: West Surabaya**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 1 - 3 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Marketing Specialist: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 06/27/2023
