Marketing & Relations Section Head

Develop and finalize marketing and campaign concepts for digital ecosystem in BSD and other strategic areas.- Identify and address partner needs in carrying out marketing campaigns and formulate communication strategies to attract target audiences.- Drive liaison with existing and potential vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders in marketing pipeline.- Conduct annual marketing budget plan- Assist and support other departments in the business unit.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Public Relations.- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing events, marketing campaigns,- and mass communication.- Computer literacy (Ms. Office 365, Adobe Creatives & Canva).- Writing skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).- Able to work in fast pace working environment.- Able to multi-task and adapt to new job roles.- Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a structured and clear manner.- Strong acumen in team collaboration, both internally and cross-functional.- Familiar with social media and social media management tools.- Able to work in agile working environment.- Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
