Marketing/ Parents Liaison Officer

**Job Description: Parents Liaison Executive**Parents Liaison Executive is in charge in mostly administration, public relations and marketing aspects of the school.**Job Role & Responsibilities**- Parental liaison, reception duties, phone enquiries- Escorting prospective parents around the school's facilities- Collecting feedback from parents and visitors- Documenting all complaints or queries raised by parents and bringing such to the attention of the Principal- Attending and organizing school functions and Open House that may be held outside of the contracted hours as required- Maintaining records of students and visitors- Handling all admission and withdrawal documents- Keeping track of student numbers in the school- Collection of school fees and issuance of receipts- Planning the Open House together with the Principal and handling the needed promotions or marketing strategies to promote the Open House- Planning on other marketing strategies as required to promote the school such as: education fair, exhibitions or editorials, etc.- Promote Corporate Sales- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required- Making monthly report on student data and marketing plan to directors- In charge in sending school-related information to parents- Reporting and arranging school general maintenanceContract length: 12 months
