About the Marketing Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in the marketing team's continued development and success in its Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

Raise consumer and market insights from marketing research, marketing strategy and competitive intelligence

Maintain digital media/content, paid media and earned media/PR

Manage product portfolio and sourcing from insurance companies

New product development from the concept, price management, promotion planning and execution

Achieve the revenue, profit and market share target as well as marketing budget management

To succeed in this Marketing Manager role, you will need to have the competency to work effectively and co-operatively with the call centre sales team.

Key Requirements:

Experience in brand/marketing/product marketing with a multinational company

Deep understanding about product development and marketing tools

Great communication, presentation and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, communications or similar field from a reputable university
