Marketing Manager

Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.- Responsible and handle Channel in several areas- Monitor and analyze competitors and prices in the Market.- Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by cooperating with the sales team. Strategize, execute, and track aggressive sales plans.- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and understanding their needs.- Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status.- Gain significant market share in assigned market segment.- Reporting weekly to Management.**Requirement**- Max 35 Years Old- Master degree from any major (Marketing/ Communications major is preferred).- Minimal **3 years experience** in marketing positions (Marketing/Brand Management/Strategy Development )- Strong management and leadership skills.- Willing to work overtime & weekends if needed.- Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment- Agile and ready to handle changes and challenges- Ability to think outside the box (creative and innovative strategy making)- A hard worker, detail-oriented, and obtain a good interpersonal.- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power point).- Comfortable & good ability to both speak & write in English- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a plusJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu**Education**:- S1 (Diutamakan)**Experience**:- Marketing Manager: 2 years (Diwajibkan)
