Develop and execute the vision and strategy to achieve business targets through customer-focused and data-driven marketing campaigns across all performance channels, including search, display, social, video, sponsored content, affiliate, and others- Set and administer an annual marketing budget- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary- Manage and refine the organization's social media presence- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs- Conduct market research studies- Engage & negotiate with media/ads agencies and secure agreements on the production of campaign/promotional materials- Design and execute a comprehensive, blockchain-specific marketing plan to launch our products globally (Exchange token, NFT, Game, DeFi, Digital Banking, etc)- Manage PR and Communications with the media and community in Indonesia- Develop brand strategy, positioning, and messaging strategy across channels to drive market awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty- Identify value proposition, product positioning, and key messages, write creative briefs to ensure we produce best in class creative, which is consistent across all channels and resonates with consumers- Build and deploy grassroots marketing programs to drive creators and players to our service- Work with Community Management and Creator Relations to create and manage global events to drive new audience and increase engagement across the platform- Drive and optimize our SEO strategy to reach the most relevant audience at the best time to grow our audience- Analyze the performance of all marketing programs (including ads spend) to identify the best opportunities for optimization, and regularly iterate to maximize performance- Work with finance to plan and maintain marketing & advertising budget that prioritizes low-spend/high-impact campaigns**Qualification**:- 4+ years of experience in Marketing (brand management, digital marketing, social media marketing, campaign marketing, or CRM), preferably from a tech-startup/fintech/banking related business- Demonstrate strong capability in leadership (able to build and develop the team)- Excellent written & verbal communication abilities at the business level with strong presentation skills in order to represent the Marketing team in functional meetings- Strong capacity planning and reporting abilities; strong commercial sense and logical thinking skills to think outside the box- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions- Have vast connections with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOL)- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Have a great creativity on creating a marketing plan and activities- Have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency & blockchain technology- Have basic knowledge of financial assets investment & tradingJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuPendidikan:- S1 (Diwajibkan)Bahasa:- English (Diwajibkan)- Indonesian (Diwajibkan)
