And we're on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our team.**Job Descriptions**- Take charge and provide guidance to the social media and marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Askpert.id's brand visibility, engagement, and marketing performance through Askpert.id digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), including ads and SEO.- Conduct monthly planning, tracking and reporting to stakeholders.- Identify advertising strategies, campaign projections, tactics, and various channels for new Advisor and Clients.- Collaborate and work closely with the Business Development and Account Executive team to create campaign assets and achieve campaign objectives.- Conduct A/B testing and experiments for campaign performance with different variations of creatives, audience targeting, platforms, content, or topics.- Identify trends and insights to stay updated on industry trends and refine marketing strategies.- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in social media management, performance marketing, campaign management, and digital advertising (1-2 years of experience).- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO techniques and marketing analytics tools and platforms.- Demonstrates creativity and stays up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms.- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.- Basic understanding of customer experience optimization and journey mapping.- Willing to work from our office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (Hybrid).Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Fresh GradGaji: Dari Rp5.500.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Expected salary?Pengalaman:- Digital Marketing: 1 tahun (Diwajibkan)Bahasa:- Inggris (Diutamakan)
