**Job description**We are looking for an organized, engaging marketing executive who will connect students with the right schools, programs, and resources to help them get the most out of the college experience.The Marketing Executive will meet with students to assess their academic standing and inform them about colleges, programs, and majors, and connect them with resources that will help them get into and pay for school. You will also conduct interviews, arrange for campus tours, conduct information sessions, and represent the school at college fairs or other recruiting or outreach initiatives.To be a successful marketing executive, you should be committed to learning more about the students you work with and how they may benefit from specific schools or programs. You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills.**The Marketing Executive Responsibilities**:- Assisting students to help them prepare for, select, and get into schools.- Highlighting the benefits of specific schools, programs, and courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.- Staying current with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, majors, and courses, and developments in education and financial aid.- Organizing recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities.- Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions.- Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields, and obtain funding.- Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.- Familiar with and able to analyse data and research that are suitable for the school's target market and school competitor- Have good communication and cooperate with the school's network (corporate, communities, Indonesian fashion associates, high school, etc.) to support school events.- Familiar with Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and able to create content for School's purposes.**The Marketing Executive Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field.- Experience in college admissions may be preferred.- Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong planning and people reading skills.- Creative, full of ideas and time management- Ability to multitask and stay organized.- Smart working- Able to work with the team.- Able to work anytime/in the weekend.- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.- Fashionable and good appearance**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp3,900,000 - Rp4,600,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/25/2023
