Marketing Communications Junior

As a Marcom Junior, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of marketing communications strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, website copy, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.- Analyze marketing performance data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications.- Others as may be assigned**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing tools/platforms (Wix and Canva).- Experienced in creating landing pages.- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.Pay: Up to Rp5,000,000 per month
