Marketing Communication Lead

**Job Descriptions**- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and product promotion.- Acting as a spokesperson for Sribu.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing communication strategies.- Establish and build relationships with media and external partners for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.- Manage media inquiries and interview requests. Fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits, and organizing media press conferences, events, sessions, and activities.- Organize all external communications as a whole (360-degree view).**Job Requirements**- Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent- Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing Marketing Communication.- Creative thinking, strong analytical thinking, and a keen eye for details.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Good relationships with both local and national business and industry media.- Fast pace and good time management.- Those who have experience in startup companies are preferred.**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Marketing Communication: 3 years (required)
