Marketing & Business Development Staff

Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing & potential clients through networking and regular communication.- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.- Lead the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to the client.- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data to optimize marketing and sales efforts. Manage our clients database on daily or weekly basis.- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance regarding our tour packages and other inquiries.- Following up on marketing prospects and securing potential sales opportunities.- Understanding our clients' needs and objectives and providing suitable solutions.- Preparing necessary presentations, proposals, and offers for prospective clients.**Education**:- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
