Job Role About the job:As a Marketing Analytics Specialist at Baltini, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies through expert analysis of market trends and consumer behavior. You will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and interpreting marketing success metrics to enhance our promotional efforts and ensure alignment with our high standards of luxury brand representation.
Job Description:
Becoming the sole owner & point of contact to the Baltini's shop analytics as well as product/category performances. Develop and implement analytical approaches to track marketing performance across various channels including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website traffic. Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on customer acquisition, retention rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. Conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization and recommend enhancements to improve ROI. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury e-commerce space. Work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations to integrate marketing data with other operational data for holistic performance analysis. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and best practices in data handling. ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce or luxury goods sectors. Proficient in analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau). Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategic insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and persuasive manner. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality analytical support. ??
