Manufacturing Excellent Lead (Apparel)

**Job summary**:Our client, an US well-known apparel brand, is looking for Manufacturing Excellent Lead based in Semarang, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Work with cross function team to collect and analysis ME data (QA, ME, PM, Costing, FGV )- Monitor KPI target on selected style and work our process map for improvement TA and process with FGV- Review OB- Operation Break down and compare to GSD ( General Sewing Data) to find out the opportunities for improvement with FGV- Visit FTY production line to verify the ME process, data and Operation breakdown to fine tune ME process with FGV for continues improvement- Prepare monthly and quarterly report to ME management team, high the come and set monthly target with FGV- Study Endline report with cross function team base on ME need. we are leading our vendor on operation break down, automation process, output efficiency and quality improvement in our operation process- Prepare ME report monthly and quarterly on quality efficiency - OB, Auto, Output and Quality defect rate improvement %.**Experience requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Garment Manufacturing Technology Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience in apparel industry only and completion of GSD certification- Solid experience in garment manufacturing/quality engineering, quality assurance and working directly with factory floors- Good understanding of sewing operations, mechanics, costing calculations and testing protocols from raw materials to finished goods - including SMV, GSD standard operations, patterning system, marking and consumption calculations- Familiar with the 7 QC, TQM concept and Six Sigma tools is a plus- Have a solid ability to work independently with x-functional team accountabilities, work under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (e.g. V Lookup and Pivot Table knowledge a plus) and Power BI, Power Apps- Good at English communication with local languages**Education requirements**:**Contact Person**:Linh HoangAdecco
