Manager/Senior Manager - Host

**Responsibilities**:Perform day-to-day host and supply end to end operations management, including on-boarding new host, expansion of new host supplies in new cities, maintaining engagement and relationship with host, host operations excellence, ensuring supply host availability and host pricing management.- On-board new host supply if necessary (including in other cities outside of Jabodetabek)- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Host supply operations analysis.- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual market pricing comparison analysis.- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Host supply locations analysis.- Accomplishes host operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.- Graduate in Management, Engineering or relevant field- Proficient working with spreadsheets, sales and BI Tools.- Setting up hosts (supply side) and negotiating pricing and terms.- Minimum Experience Required: 5-7 Years.- Knowledge of operations and commercial administration procedures- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade people- Hands-on experience with BI Tools, MS Excel and MS Power Point.- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
